Sofia Neves, pelo Respons\u00e1vel pelo Programa de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Dr. Carlos Santos e pelo Respons\u00e1vel pelo Gabinete Jur\u00eddico, Dr. Rui Alves, no Webinar realizado pela ITA, que contou com a presen\u00e7a do Atleta Ol\u00edmpico, Mikel Thomas , do Chefe de Testes da ITA, Matteo Vallini e do Assessor Chefe de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es da WADA ,Stuart Kemp. A sess\u00e3o foi moderada pela Gestora de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o da ITA, Olya Abasolo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"titulonoticia\">De in\u00edcio, Stuart Kemp esclareceu a exist\u00eancia de dois n\u00edveis de integra\u00e7\u00e3o na Registered Testing Pool (RTP), por um lado por indica\u00e7\u00e3o da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional da respetiva modalidade e por outro pela Autoridade Nacional Antidopagem do pa\u00eds onde o atleta est\u00e1 filiado, no caso Portugu\u00eas a ADoP.<\/p>\n<p class=\"titulonoticia\">Na sequ\u00eancia deste assunto, Matteo Vallini abordou os factores que levam \u00e0 inclus\u00e3o de um atleta ou equipa no RTP tendo destacado os seguintes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Risco fisiol\u00f3gico da modalidade desportiva do atleta;<\/li>\n<li>Hist\u00f3rico de caso de doping no pa\u00eds do atleta;<\/li>\n<li>Historial de testes feitos pelo atleta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"titulonoticia\">Relembrou ainda que cabe \u00e0 NADO desse atleta \/ equipa inform\u00e1-lo da inclus\u00e3o na RTP bem como dar todo o apoio educativo necess\u00e1rio ao bom cumprimento no preenchimento da plataforma ADAMS por parte do atleta ou equipa. Por outro lado, o atleta ou quem o represente nesta tarefa dever\u00e1 cumprir os prazos estabelecidos e facultar toda a informa\u00e7\u00e3o solicitada nos formul\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p class=\"titulonoticia\">Mikel Thomas, com a sua experi\u00eancia de atleta ol\u00edmpico alertou para os cuidados que os atletas devem ter no preenchimento de formul\u00e1rios de modo a n\u00e3o serem sancionados por este motivo. Afirmou que esta \u00e9 uma das fun\u00e7\u00f5es de um atleta de alto n\u00edvel, a par de treinar, descansar e competir. Deixou um conselho aos atletas de colocar no seu telem\u00f3vel alertas para o cumprimento desta tarefa nos prazos definidos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"titulonoticia\">Por fim foi referida a nova aplica\u00e7\u00e3o para telem\u00f3vel \u201cAthlete Central\u201d que se pretende seja um instrumento que facilite as tarefas dos atletas no dom\u00ednio da partilha de informa\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria para o preenchimento dos \u201cWhereabouts\u201d.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A ADoP esteve representada pela Respons\u00e1vel pelo Sistema de Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o, Dra.
