Sofia Neves e pelo Respons\u00e1vel pelo Programa de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Dr. Carlos Santos, no Webinar realizado pela WADA, onde foram abordados v\u00e1rios t\u00f3picos relacionados com os direitos dos atletas no processo de controlo Antidopagem e a forma como os Organismos respons\u00e1veis pelo Antidoping dever\u00e3o integrar esses direitos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Predefinio\">Foi preletor neste Webinar, o Presidente da Comiss\u00e3o de Atletas da WADA, o neozeland\u00eas Ben Sanford, o qual para al\u00e9m de jurista, participou em duas Olimp\u00edadas de Inverno na modalidade de Bobsleigh. Foi moderador Stuart Kemp da WADA.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Predefinio\">Ben Sanford abordou a quest\u00e3o dos direitos dos atletas na perspetiva do novo C\u00f3digo Mundial Antidopagem que entrar\u00e1 em vigor em 2021, e que tem como principais princ\u00edpios os da acessibilidade a todos os atletas bem como da sua universalidade n\u00e3o sendo por isso exclusivo de um s\u00f3 pa\u00eds, regi\u00e3o ou continente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Predefinio\">Nesse sentido, o novo C\u00f3digo Mundial Antidopagem consagra 17 artigos dedicados direta ou indiretamente aos direitos dos atletas, sendo de destacar, entre outros, os seguintes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"Predefinio\">Igualdade de oportunidade;<\/li>\n<li class=\"Predefinio\">Prote\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade e tratamento m\u00e9dico;<\/li>\n<li class=\"Predefinio\">Direito \u00e0 justi\u00e7a;<\/li>\n<li class=\"Predefinio\">Defesa dos denunciantes;<\/li>\n<li class=\"Predefinio\">Educa\u00e7\u00e3o dos atletas;<\/li>\n<li class=\"Predefinio\">Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de dados;<\/li>\n<li class=\"Predefinio\">Direitos durante a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do controle;<\/li>\n<li class=\"Predefinio\">Direito \u00e0 contra-an\u00e1lise B;<\/li>\n<li class=\"Predefinio\">Direito a participar nas tomadas de decis\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"Predefinio\">Ficou igualmente claro que a partilha com os atletas \u00e9 uma pe\u00e7a fundamental no sentido de se conseguir uma maior confian\u00e7a em todo o sistema de controle antidoping, bem como um meio de melhorar os procedimentos na procura constante de um desporto limpo.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A ADoP esteve representada pelo Diretor Executivo, Dr. Ant\u00f3nio J\u00falio Nunes, pela Respons\u00e1vel pelo Sistema de Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o, Dra.
